Jean Berg is Founding Partner of Strategia Partners. He has more than 30 years of experience in strategy consulting.
Before founding Strategia Partners, he was successively with Braxton Associates (Paris, Munich and Moscow), the Comptoir des Entrepreneurs (Paris) and Estin & Co (Paris and Shanghai).
Jean Berg supports Boards of directors, CEO’s and senior executives of large corporations in major strategic and organisational changes, growth strategies, business models redefinition, acquisitions and alliances, post-merger integration, corporate organization and major operational improvements (R&D, pricing, distribution, clients, manufacturing…). He is a specialist of digital, environmental and human strategies.
He regularly assists private equity funds in strategic due diligence analyses and exit strategies.
He has in-depth expertise in consumer goods (food and beverage, electrical appliances, optics…), in consumer services (food retail, specialized retail, online retail, online services, education…), fashion and luxury goods, B2B services (softwares, industrial services, facility management…) and health care & medical services.
Jean Berg is a graduate of the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP Europe) and the Helsinki School of Economics (HSE). He speaks fluent French, English and German. He is a visiting lecturer in strategy and business economics in ESCP Europe and at the MBA Luxury brand marketing and international management.
