Combining three models to grow in the long term

Growth is the only way to create value in the long term. A company that does not grow steadily and increase its value regularly loses its appeal and independence in the long term. There are three possible growth models: organic growth, bolt-on growth and strategic acquisitions. None of these three models is better than the other: each obeys different logics and contexts. To be effective, each also requires specific approaches, management tools and organizations.
