Growth is the only way to create value in the long term. A company that does not grow steadily and increase its value regularly loses its appeal and independence in the long term.
In strategic terms, growth is a seemingly straightforward issue. It is the product of investing more than competitors (resource allocation), by the impact of this investment on sales and profitability (business model superior to competitors), and applied to the most favorable mix of businesses, geographies, customers, distribution channels, etc. (strategic targeting).
